Main shaft :

Large diameter alloy steel forged, beat treated and precision machined with high quality surface finish avoiding sharp radie that can cause stress concentration.

Bearings :

Heavy duty self aligning double row roller bearings of reputed makes used for both jaw holder and main frame with protector labyrinth dust seal

Jaw Stock :

Both Stationary and moving jaw holders are of high quality alloy steel casting precision machined.

Jaws :

Reverisible hish quality graded manganese steel allot jaws assure longer life of jaws. The back faces of jaws are machined for proper seating and firm support.

Toggle :

Toggle plates are high quality alloy steel with standing high crushing pressure. Toggle adjustment and css settings is done by a hydraulic jack system.
