Crusher Body :

Crusher Body Consists of fully bolted and dowelled four piece structure. Both front and rear frames are cast high strength steel and the side plates are made from machined structural plates

Main shaft :

Large diameter alloy steel forged, beat treated and precision machined with high quality surface finish avoiding sharp radie that can cause stress concentration.

Bearings :

Heavy duty self aligning double row roller bearings of reputed makes used for both jaw holder and main frame with protector labyrinth dust seal

Jaw Stock :

Both Stationary and moving jaw holders are of high quality alloy steel casting precision machined.

Jaws :

Reverisible hish quality graded manganese steel allot jaws assure longer life of jaws. The back faces of jaws are machined for proper seating and firm support.

Toggle :

Toggle plates are high quality alloy steel with standing high crushing pressure. Toggle adjustment and css settings is done by a hydraulic jack system.
